El Firetone, Guitarist in EL RAY from Copenhagen Denmark. Since youth, El Firetone “enjoyed melodies more than lyrics” which is why you will not hear El Firetone singing that much. The love for melodies and harmonies got El Firetone in to indie music... He played in a few and released some albums during the years. 

Bands like The Cure, My Bloody Valentine and RIDE were in his top 10.  Luckily through a friend, El Firetone got into Instrumental Surf music back in 1998 and in 2001 he formed EL RAY with friends! Life has been sweet ever after!

One of El Firetones life philosophys is “IF THEY PLAY IT LIKE THEY MEAN IT – THAT´S ALL GOOD THEN”
